Every class is designed to address most beginners capacities. There are variations and options to make each class suitable to individual levels of strength and flexibility.
SHORT AND POWERFUL CLASSES
For students with busy schedules, we created classes that can be practiced anytime anywhere. Most classes are 10 to 15 minutes long targeting different muscle groups on each session.
