Every class is designed to address most beginners capacities. There are variations and options to make each class suitable to individual levels of strength and flexibility.

SHORT AND POWERFUL CLASSES

For students with busy schedules, we created classes that can be practiced anytime anywhere. Most classes are 10 to 15 minutes long targeting different muscle groups on each session.

QUICK RESULTS AND STEADY PROGRESS

The program creates a progression from zero yoga experience to a steady practice that you can easily commit to. After each class you will feel more energetic and relaxed while increasing flexibility and strength.

An important priority in all classes is to teach different simple ways to develop your flexibility. This prevents stiffness, joint pain and other mobility-related problems that could manifest sooner than expected.

An important element of the program is functional strength, the capacity to best perform physical activities during prolonged periods of time like walking, standing, lifting objects or lowering your body to the ground.
